Hello Sergi! Thanksgiving was a fun holiday for me this past Thursday. However, my extended family and I didn't eat turkey. We all hate ham instead, as no one in my family likes turkey. Of course, we ate all the other traditional Thanksgiving food like stuffing and cranberries as well. Do people in Spain eat different food on Thanksgiving? Do they celebrate it when we do?

Castañada

Hola de nuevo Tim!
En mi casa se celebra la castañada y un poco el halloween. El halloween ya sabes en que consiste, pero la castañada no tanto y te lo voy a explicar. Es un evento que se realiza en España el dia 2 de noviembre y consiste en comer castañas, boniatos y "panallets".
En la foto salgo yo y mi amigo Oscar, yo soy el de la sudadera negra de la izquierda y salimos aguantando una calabaza representando a halloween y castañas alrededor representando la castañada.
